With a focus on renewable energy and a well-developed regulatory framework, Brazil’s solar market has significant long-term potential. 3B is taking an active part in developing solar projects in the country. We carry out a comprehensive work of prospecting and identifying appropriate areas to implement its energy generation projects. Then, it promotes studies, prepares projects and takes care of licensing with the competent bodies. Each phase of the process is treated with commitment and efficiency to guarantee the success of the operations.

Currently, 3B has a portfolio of more than 700MW in greenfield photovoltaic projects to participate in auctions or make contracts to purchase and sell energy for the free energy market. Our solar Projects assets are located on the:

• State of Pernambuco – 80MW
• State of Rio Grande do Norte – 351MW
• State of Piauí – 300 MW

3B also has the expertise and a relevant local network to establish successful Wind- and Waste to -Energy in Brazil.
